Meet Danielle Randall
New hope for Erie’s Schools.
Danielle Randall is a lifelong Erie resident with a deep-rooted love for her community. She is also a mother of three boys who are either currently attending or have graduated from Erie’s Public Schools. As a dedicated professional specializing in workforce development and education, Danielle has spent her career guiding and mentoring young people, helping them gain the essential skills needed to thrive as adults.
Through both personal and professional experiences, Danielle has developed a unique ability to build trusting, meaningful relationships with young people. She has worked tirelessly to bridge the gap between education and real-world readiness, ensuring that students are not only academically prepared but also equipped with the life skills they need for success. While substitute teaching at Erie High School, Danielle designed and led lessons focused on critical life skills, providing seniors with the knowledge and confidence to navigate life beyond graduation. Her dedication to youth empowerment didn’t stop at the classroom—she has mentored countless young adults, guiding them on their paths to independence and success.
Realizing that more young people needed access to practical education and mentorship, Danielle took action. She founded Future Focused Academy, an organization dedicated to equipping young adults with financial literacy, career readiness, and life skills, while also connecting them with vital community resources. Her passion for empowering the next generation continues to drive her work, and now, she is ready to bring that same dedication to the Erie City School Board.
A Personal Mission: Advocating for Mental Health Services
Mental health advocacy is deeply personal for Danielle. As a mother of a child with severe mental and behavioral health challenges, she knows firsthand the critical need for accessible mental health services in schools. Danielle has worked tirelessly to educate parents and families about available resources, how to access them, and how to advocate for their children’s needs. She has also shared her own journey on social media to help build a support system for families who may feel isolated in their struggles. Danielle firmly believes that no family should have to navigate these challenges alone, and as a school board director, she will fight to ensure that all students receive the mental health support they need to thrive.
A Vision for Erie’s Schools
Danielle is running for the Erie City School Board because she believes in bringing new hope to Erie’s schools through collaboration, engagement, and real solutions. Her campaign focuses on three key priorities:
Expanding Access to Mental Health Services – Students’ academic success and overall well-being depend on proper mental health support. Danielle will advocate for stronger, more accessible mental health resources for all students.
Strengthening Parental & Family Engagement – Families deserve to be heard, valued, and actively involved in their child’s education. Danielle will work to improve communication between parents, teachers, school administrators, and the school board to create a more inclusive, transparent school system.
Enhancing Community Involvement & Changing Perceptions – Schools thrive when they are supported by their communities. Danielle is committed to strengthening the connections between schools and local organizations, fostering a more engaged, supportive, and positive learning environment for students.
